Meet your Seamstress

My name is Christian! I have been sewing since I was little, stuffed animal/doll clothes, pillows, blankets, etc. I was taught how to hand sew, then on an old Singer machine by my Grandma Honey. She is the inspiration for the name House of Honey.

I graduated from The Art Institute of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s of Science in Fashion Design. Here I learned to better illustrate, pattern make by hand and digitally, and create the garments I envisioned. I learned a variety of sewing techniques, used multiple types of industrial grade machines, and worked with an abundance of fabrics.

Today I complete alterations for people in my community and surrounding areas. I also have a Children’s Clothing line, Creepy Crawlers Co. You can find it in MCBlooms in Decatur, IN or on Facebook.
